About London School of Samba
London School of Samba (LSS) is the oldest samba school in the UK, founded in 1984
Over the last 30 years LSS have consistently finished in the top 5 of the 60 or so bands that take part in the Notting Hill Carnival competition (parade) on Carnival Monday.
Anyone can join, no previous experience necessary: LSS run public workshops (dance and drumming, all levels) on Sundays from 6pm-9:30pm at Waterloo Action Centre, Baylis Road, SE1 7AA? £6-8 will get you 1h30 dance and/or 2h drumming.
