New travelogue series, ‘A History of the Caribbean in Dishes’ Out This Summer
In celebrity chef Hasan DeFour’s (BBC, Tempo Networks, Caribvision) latest cookery series – A History of the Caribbean in Dishes – he will be exploring the cuisine, culture and history of the Caribbean in this riveting series.
From the sunshine of St Lucia and Barbados to the street markets of Grenada, Chef Hasan will show you how to cook up a feast.
He will be learning the story of the places where the Caribbean people and their recipes come from, and in each programme he’ll be creating dishes which celebrate the best in authentic Caribbean flavour.
Chef Hasan’s and his celebrity friends (including Yohann Blake, Dwight Yorke, Brian Lara and Shelly-Ann Fraser), will explore all the colours of Caribbean cuisine – and the captivating stories of the characters and culture behind it!
