About Jamaican Twist Carnival Club
Jamaican Twist Carnival Club is a MAS band organisation that was founded in 2002. The band brings together people from a wealth of different backgrounds and all ages.
Jamaican Twist promotes the Jamaican motto ‘Out Of Many One People’ representing the diversity of Jamaica with its wide range of races and cultures reflected yearly by the popularity of the mas band and active diverse following year on year.
Jamaican Twist would like to be seen as positive ambassadors for Jamaica, promoting the beauty, talent and history of the island, through a celebration of its culture through dance, art and music hitting the streets of Notting Hill Carnival and other regional carnivals in true Jamaican style and fashion.
As the only Jamaican mas band in the UK, we bring a different dynamic that is unique in its own right and places Jamaica together with the rest of the Caribbean Islands in the heart of London over the August bank holiday weekend.
Notting Hill Carnival 2016 Theme – Bleu Montagne
The theme for 2016 will be the ‘Bleu Montagne’ celebrating one of the beauties of Jamaica and the location of Jamaica’s famous coffee “the Blue mountains. We will be bring you stylish costumes with a French twist. Be part of history, but most importantly come and have the Time of Your life with Jamaican Twist.

Costumes and T-shirts will be launch shortly and will include a fully inclusive Package (for Monday only), which includes:
Your sexy, hand-made Jamaican Twist costume Free Rum Punch Bar and soft drinks Food (Lunch) and snacks to keep you energized. Music truck with award winning Sound System Top DJ’s to keep you jumping to variety of music all day including reggae, dancehall, soca and much more and a team of security for your safety.
